VS SANSHIN Y is the successor to the Yushiki Sanshin instruments "VS SANSHIN II" for KONTAKT. Compared to "VS SANSHIN II", the number of recording methods has been increased, enabling more realistic expressions.

"VS SANSHIN Y" is characterized by a softer and warmer bass than "VS SANSHIN K". Sanshin is a stringed instrument mainly used in Okinawan music.
Includes two types of tuning instruments, honchoshi 4 (CFC) and honchoshi 1 (ADA).
Up-down picking, hammering on, pull-off, soft legato, in-up, in-down, out-up, out-down, tremolo, short (one tremolo picking), fret noise, mute noise (release noise) ), Other noises, pick scratch sounds, and body hitting sounds are recorded.
You can also use power chords, octaves, majors, minors, and other chords.
Equipped with a VSAS2 engine designed for acoustic stringed instruments, it automatically selects noise and mute from playing in appropriate situations.
It is possible to switch between the [Instrument] mode, which mutes the preceding note on the same string, and the [Keyboard] mode, which allows you to play like a piano, in the instruments, just like a real sanshin. Many other functions such as tuning function for each string are installed.
Equipped with more than 30 types of effects, each parameter of the effect can be operated by controlling control by specifying the operation range.
